Dear Community Members,
We're writing to let you know that a technical issue affecting new user registration on our forum has been successfully fixed.
What happened?
Over the past few days, some of you may have encountered an error message saying "Oops! Something went wrong. Please reload the page and try again." when attempting to create an account. Behind the scenes, this was caused by our email service provider temporarily disabling third-party access due to inactivity. As a result, the system could not send the required activation emails, which interrupted the registration process.
What we've done:
We've re-enabled the email service and confirmed that the full registration flow—from sign-up to email verification—is now working properly.
What you need to do:
If you saw the error during registration, please try again with the same email address. The process should now complete smoothly.
Important: If the system tells you that your email or username is already registered, please do not create a new account. Simply go to the login page and try logging in directly with the credentials you chose during your first attempt. In many cases, the account was created successfully, and you can access it right away. If you've forgotten your password, use the "Forgot Password" link to reset it.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, and thank you for your patience. We're excited to have you as part of our community!
Happy posting,
The Gratkit Forum Team
