FireFly filament dryer completely unresponsive

Hi I was wondering if anyone could help or if anyone's had the same problem. I have had my dryer for a couple months and its worked well but about a week ago when I left it heating filament for a short time when I came back to it it was fully off and would bot work. It made no noises and would not turn on at all. I don't think its the power supply because I tried it on another device and it worked and I don't think its the screen cable either because it looks in good condition. I can give some photos if its helpful.

Hi,it should be a problem of the motherboard.
You can open the dryer box then loose the 4 screws of the heat plate edge.
Then check its board, maybe one of the parts is defective. This is the reason.

On the other hand, you can send email to support@gratkit.com then they should send you a new board🙂
